People romanticise colleens books // books with SA so much its terrifying. Imagine if you were thrown down some stairs, slapped, SAd etc, how would you feel then? It doesn't matter if these aren't real people, these are VERY real situations. I hope no-one has to go through the things that are in these books.

'Booktok's genuine normalization of porn addictions is actually sickening.

Not only are they fueling books with pure, problematic 'spice' to the point there's dedicated tables in bookshops for it while also harassing men and YOUNG BOYS who fit the stereotypical love interest of these spice books are considered normal.

Now you swap that with visual porn and men with women it'll be horrifying. This isn't to play "if the roles were reversed" but put into perspective how similar this is to another problem
