Absolutely the highlight of the weekend. It was a teenage dream come true to see GQ compete on the BHS stage. They look so comfortable onstage wearing combat boots and skorts (with pockets) and are absolutely crushing it. Can’t wait to see where the future takes us.

When I watched the documentary 'American Harmony' like ten years ago as a barbershop novice, there was this nerdy kid during the credits that cited all 75 past BHS champions. Some years later he is the ultimate badass barbershop arranger. Patrick Mcalexander, you sir are already a legend. And have such an awesome quartet perform it like the way they just did, that is just insane.

Whoever sings the bass part in a barbershop quartet already has BDE out the wazoo. When you sing the low part in an all-female quartet and absolutely steal the show when you get a solo, you redefine BDE. Congrats yet again, GQ! Can't wait to see you trade those bronze medals for gold ones next year!

Out of all GQ performances I've watched online, I think this is their absolute best IMO and its tough to pick just one to be sure.

As a complete side note and because I've seen a handful of times they've collaborated with a few male quartets, but the more I listen to a couple of their songs, I would almost kill to see them do some kind of arrangement together with Forefront that underscores and fuses both groups' excellence with snappy/jazzy style songs.
