As someone who on occasion uses a medical derm laser I can tell you what is wrong with this. A derm laser has red dot aimer where the fine laser beam will hit. With a bit of practice you can be 100% precise. There is no aimer on this. The target area is a guess as it's obscured by the lens. An inexpensive basic 2 freq. medical laser is $50, 000. On scale even these aren't that great. Just buyer beware. If you have a well trained dermatologist in your area ask their opinion.
