I don't understand.. You need a controller, a pc to stream, smartphone connected via wifi (means you should be close by).. Then why the hell would I want to play it on a small screen with a delay and uneasy sitting/playing position?

I can confirm I find this very useful to pass the time at work on my break or when I'm laying down in bed, I have a different clip for my phone attatched to my bed. I also have a mount for my X1 controller so my iPhone 7 can clip on securely on the go, and on an LTE unlimited data network, I say it's very playable.

Some lesser known tips for the Steam Link App:
- I use my Wireless Xbox One Controller paired to my Google Pixel 2 as my bluetooth controller (yes, it can connect via bluetooth)
- Bluetooth keyboards and mice can still connect through bluetooth to your phone as well if you're relatively far from your PC but within wifi range
- I tested the connections with ethernet on both my PC AND my phone (via USB-C to Ethernet) and got FLAWLESS connection
- You can stream your desktop and anything that's on your pc if you choose to "quit streaming big picture mode"
- You can check notifications on your phone like respond to a text and return right back to the game/steam link app without needing to do an unnecessary re-pairing

The steam app right now works very very well. I was able to stream Bulletstorm through it by leaving my PC on at home in my grandmother's place, granted it was at 720p but it worked fine with only a couple of network stutter instances.
