I remember during the Depp - Heard case an expert said that: a potential juror doesn't have to be unaware of Depp & Heard, they just have to be willing to listen and make an impartial judgement.
I think that will be the same as Trump.
As for being imprisoned, I have heard home detention is more likely, which is ironic as he has his pick of literally gilded cages to choose from.
