Pottstown is a borough in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. Pottstown was laid out in 1752–53 and named Pottsgrove in honor of its founder, John Potts. The old name was abandoned at the time of the incorporation as a borough in 1815. In 1888, the limits of the borough were considerably extended. Pottstown is the center of a productive farming and dairying region.

Pottstown is located on the Schuylkill River. It is 29.1 miles (46.8 km) south of Allentown and 40.4 miles (65.0 km) northwest of Philadelphia.

We moved from Pottstown to North Carolina about 8 months ago and I have been feeling a bit homesick lately. Even though you didn't go past my old house, it was really nice to see my old stomping grounds. Thank you so much for this :)

I was born & raised in my early childhood years in Pottstown / Reading & I don’t remember it being so clean & quiet lol . My views were different when i would walk to the bus stop etc, a lot people outside during the day & at night a lot of blocks had music playing & a lot of people outside . Maybe my childhood was when Pottstown was rough ! I went to Jefferson Headstart which now if I’m not mistaken is a home for the elderly, as well as Edgewood elementary, Franklin, & Barth . One thing I’m sure is gone by now was a swimming pool that was near Barth elementary that had a big dolphin painted on the bottom of it. The YMCA would take us there during summer camp ! Even though childhood was alittle rough, I can honestly say I do wish I could watch it all over again like a movie 🎥.

Born and raised in Pottstown. You went by my Grandparents house on Charlotte St near South Street. We don't live there anymore we moved in 2017 to South Central Pa. Miss the area

I hate Pottstown! Much of Pottstown is high crime and a dump! A depressing place. Daryl Hall's hometown.... but he doesn't ever go back...and I can't him blame him.

As soon as the video starts within a half mile is a large tent city! Homeless people some teenagers!
Disgusting and sad!
