Joyce Meyer joins the podcast today and Sadie couldn't be more excited to welcome the bestselling author and speaker to the show! Sadie recently read one of Joyce's bestselling books, "Battlefield of the Mind," and Joyce reiterates for us all that our minds ARE a battlefield, the place where the Enemy will fight us most! She calls us to renew our minds as we meditate on God's Word and what is true. Plus, Joyce and Sadie have great advice for anyone struggling to determine God's will for their life. And after 56 years of marriage, Joyce has a fundamental truth to share about having a spouse and loving them well.

Joyce Meyer was the flame that started my faith journey back in 2012! I will always love and cherish her regardless of any negative things other people say. I let her spoonfeed me the word for quite a while before I dug into the Word myself! I love Joyce!

I grew up around Joyce Meyer through my mom. She listened, watched, and read so much of her stuff in the 90s. She even saw her speak once. Haven't seen her in ages.

Her book Battlefield of the Mind is one I go back to ALL THE TIME as a reminder. I seriously am in love with your love for God and your heart for this generation, bringing forth the goodness of previous generations into yours. THANK YOU!!!

I grew up listening to Joyce Meyer because of my mom. My mom and I attended her conference back in 2015 in Tacoma, WA. This podcast episode made me shed some tears in the beginning because seeing her reminded me of my childhood memories with my mom. Thank you Sadie!

He will take care of me and so here I am got my own apartment couple weeks ago and part-time job, so Joyce Myers I’m relating to everything that you’re talking about, almost everything. Thanks for this interview, Sadie! Joyce Meyer is an OG in women's ministry. I learned so much from her when I was younger. I worked a part time job and used to watch her every morning before work. I bought her book Battlefield of the Mind and gave it to a friend who I thought needed it more than I did at the time so I never actually read it myself. I'm fixing to go buy it right now! Very timely word.

Wow... what a conversation!!! Every generation ought to learn from each other which reminds Naomi and Ruth, David and Solomon, Moses and Joshua... God Bless mama Joyce! And I for one, have learnt a lot from her for nearly 2 decades. Wow, time flies. The Holy Bible is the most overlooked set of books ever, if only more and more people know the truth it contains.... Thank you so much for your platform, Sadie!

I want to say that I am a man and I don’t say that because I’m sexist or anything but I just want to let people know the fact that Joyce has a calling on her and that it reaches past all the drama and negativity that people put out there and surpasses gender, age, social status or anything. Her sermons have been a huge influence on my walk with God. I don’t care what anyone says about her being a prosperity preacher or anything. It just amazes me that we live in a world where people will spend tons of money on things like their favorite artist, concerts, music streams, idolizing sports teams and players and dumping so much money on these worldly things and people, actors, favorite content creators or celebrities. If you tell someone you tith, or donate money to charity or your church or favorite preacher or whoever you get the word from or whatever the spirit leads you to help financially, then people will say that you’re crazy for doing something good, why you helping these prosperity preachers and giving money to make these preachers rich. I don’t understand why people think being in ministry or a preacher means that you should be broke or live life like a broke person. What??? Not me, I don’t understand also how these people think that you are supposed to help people or do certain things in ministry without needing money to help them do it? I don’t understand why people hate on the ones who are actually helping people
