The small "surgery" thing is an spen pointer removal tool tp swap the spen for a harder or softer one

The tweezers are for removing the tip of the S-pen. If you use the pen a lot the tip gets shorter and shorter until you have to change it.

The clipper is to change the S Pen tips in case if it's damaged. You can change it to a plastic or a rubber tip
