Mine has the rechargeable batteries. I haven't used it yet so will it run a decent amount of time with a charge?

This machine has a big problem with that chute deflector !!!does not stay in place ... it’s loose and pops out sending snow everywhere

Is this hard to put together? I'm a single lady and not that handy with tools...
