Low budget selfmade Bobber build - Full transformation

This motorcycle project was a friendship project between Lars and Flaui. Under the guidance of Flaui, Lars has done a Honda bobber build. The basis is a Honda VT600, which was bought for 1,000 euros in Italy. A total of about 1,500 euros were put into it again. So a very cheap Bobber build for about 2,500 euros. The following components were converted.
- Rear wheel rim from a Kawasaki VN800 (16x3")
- Front and rear Shinko tires (E240)
- Peanut tank
Fuel Tap for Honda VLX600 / VT600 / VLX400 Shadow
- Mueller Riser
- Fehlings handlebar
- Kellermann Atto turn signal 3 in 1
- Front lamp Electroline (ebay)
- La Pera L574F Signature II Solo Seat (ebay)
- 150 mm steel fender 1.5 mm
- 12 mm V2A stainless steel for sissy bar

Love the bike lads great job. In one sense I'm glad you left the original pipes and air filter etc etc but at the same time a set of loud pipes and a velocity stack here and there would also be cool 😎

It’s beautiful! There are only two things making the project look bad; the turn signal wiring could have been better concealed, and the clamps on the fuel tube look hack.
Other than those, it’s awesome!

Hey I just got a vt600 shadow and I have a question, where the frame was cut it hits the fork and they dent each other, i don’t know why, I mean these are stock parts I think there should be some sort of end stop when the shock also is fully compressed and the frame should have a minimum of clearance. If you have an email to give me I’d like to send you some pic to make you understand better.
