Reading some of the comments here and I have to say, some of you seem to think that being in good shape is all about having a large muscular body. Some sports require more skill and endurance than power and huge muscles. Some people don't want big muscles. Can they still be in good shape? Yes.

ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS 40 MINUTES AFTER YOU HAVE SOMETHING TO EAT DO A
HARD 20 MINUTE WORKOUT OR LONGER IF POSSIBLE THAT WAY THE FOOD YOU JUST ATE YOUR BODY WILL USE IT AS FUEL INSTEAD OF YOUR BODY STORING IT AS FAT..

The Bridgend Nuffield in Wales is the most rundown Nuffield gym. Terrible place, the gym equipment is very old as are the running machines plus the sauna, steam room or jacuzzi in the wet area downstairs are always breaking down plus paint on the ceilings is a absolute disgrace.
