That's great advice, especially regarding the pre-season friendlies. I would add one point however with the pre-season friendlies: yes it is good to maximise financial reward BUT not at the cost of team morale. Therefore, it is important to mix up the kinds of friendlies you set up so that your team also has a good chance of winning at least a couple (more specifically if you are managing a small team from a lower league). Great video!

Cheers for the video, used to play FM years ago, but went on to fifa for 10 years, stopped playing Fifa now as EA just do not care about the game and just care about making money, want to get back into FM but just didn’t know where to start from, with FM it means I can play as my team Hereford FC again, can’t wait and with the tips from this video I should do well!

When I go into menues like training I cant find it so detailed as you have it, why is that?

Im new at the game, and i play as FC Midtjylland in the Danish super league, somtimes i win huge, and other times i loose. My friends say i need to change the tactics but that just makes is worse.
