I just saw a Video ironically of Tim Curry doing Mick Jagger it's pretty good, so back in the Day in Cleveland where I grew up was a Band called Beggars Banquet a STONES tribute band, They were Incredible in Fact they were on one of those talk shows I can't remember which one like Sally Jesse Rafael idk lol, and the same guy was also in a DOORS tribute band called MOONLIGHT DRIVE man I miss those days haha

I'd vote for Richard Belzer on this, pretty impressive! Have you ever seen Benny Hill's Mick Jagger? Certain parts of it weren't quite right, but very funny and he did get the eye expressions pretty good at points. It's here on youtube, let me know what you think of it :)
