NINTENDO SWITCH SPORTS
Get moving with Soccer, Volleyball, Bowling, Tennis, Badminton, and Chambara (swordplay) using Joy-Con controllers! Controls are intuitive, so you can hit the court (or lanes, or field, or arena) and get started. With controlled motions you can curve your bowling ball, add spin to a tennis shot, or even use a Joy-Con with the included Leg Strap accessory to kick the ball in a Soccer Shoot-Out. Family and friends can join in on the fun on the same system or online. Plus a seventh sport is planned to be added via a free update this fall; get ready to Golf!

your blocks aren't counting sometimes because after u touch the ball, it's supposed to touch the side of the court of the other team. if it still hits your side or simply doesn't make it into their side (out of bounds area) it counts as a point for the opposite team. basically once you touch the ball, it has to go in their side. cant touch your side

In volleyball, blocking is also a touch for your side, so if the ball is blocked but falls on your side, or is blocked out of bounds, then the other team gets the point.

it looks like the only consistent way to score is on your block defense. The spike should produce more points than blocks

Your blocks probably aren’t working because first of all the other team can aim the ball away for your block so you dont touch it at all. Second of all, I’m pretty sure it’s impossible to block one of those purple spikes, it’ll just ricochet into your court. Hope this helps!

Love it but so basically the ones that are weird, where the spiker is already up in the air when the ball is set is a quick set.

Your team mate was read-blocking. It’s when you don’t jump for the block until you see where’s the ball going

If the enemy get a tripple nice (purple ball) the block isn't gönne work or goes to an out giving you a blockout since you touched it last that's why the enemy got the point however you can still touch the 3x ball with a block so that it is easier to bump
