 Ultra short balloon shoulders
 Short Balloon Length
 Non-compliance
 High RBP
POT balloon is prepared for accurate location & precision dilatation. The extra short balloon shoulders will benefit to avoid edge dissections and reduce longitudinal balloon growth for accurate post dilatation stenting, and improve sidebranch access after initial POT when treating bifurcations.
