I had trouble with single crochet fp & bp so I did doubles. Still works

The front /back post rib edge is very difficult to do, especially when I crocheted tight. At some point i wanted to give up. But I managed to get through 😊Don't know how many obstacles will be done the road. Wish me luck 😅

Im brand new to crocheting! I love that your tutorial is showing me so many different stitches! I'm nervous I'm not doing something right. I'm halfway through this tutorial. I'm on the steps for alternating double stitch back post and double stitch. I noticed my nat is getting wider and wider with every section. Is that normal?

What size yarn are you using? Did it recommend 5mm or did you choose to bigger/smaller?
