You would still fall to the center at the corner, you would start to feel like you are on a steep hill before it feels like you are wall climbing. Even satellites are falling in space, all orbit is moving so fast with angular momentum you fall away from the curve of the earth if you put a satellite in space with no Angular momentum it would fall back down to the earth.

Funny science fact, if you would shape the earth as a cube (if you want a side long just like the current diameter of the earth), you would have to make "holes" in the cube, this would make the cube collapse and turn back into a sphere
