It shows how to create a sample trace using SQL Server Profiler (GUI), how to export Trace settings to a file, how to provide trace location, how to create store procedure from the trace definition, how to execute store procedure to verfiy if trace is running on the SQL Server, how to Mark Store procedure to run at startup in SQL Server, how to enable store procedure startup scan in SQL Server Configuration and finally how to check if the settings are working after SQL Server restarts.

i make to succeed, but i have a question : i must trace 3 server SQL with name SQL 1, SQL 2, SQl 3 (problem about: them will shutdown daily and power on daily by sometimes to cut off the electric current ). Now i have a Server with name SQL 4, can connect to 3 server SQL 1, 2, 3 .
Now, how to i config server SQL 4 auto retrace when server SQL 1, 2, 3 shut down, and power on . Because i follow this videos, the server SQL 4 only trace when i must go to restart any day. But i don't want' restart server SQL 4 on daily. Thank support . welcome to Viet Nam
