The most popular food in any sports bar is always chicken wings. Lets be honest we all love it. At the same it's great because how cheap it is. Today we are about to change that as I try to most expensive wings I could find. This one is insane.

I cooked it for 2:30hrs @ (167°F / 75°C)

2 Cups of Orange Juice
2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 White Onion
1 tbsp Miso Paste
4 Cloves of Garlic

✩ Sweet Chilli Sauce ✩
1/2 Cup of Chilli
3 Cloves of Garlic
2 Cups of Water
1 Cup of Sugar
1 tbsp Vinegar
1 tsp Salt

✭ Thickener ✭
2 tbsp Water

Guga, the quail lollipops were two years past expiration date. Maybe that's the issue. 0:33

Edit: I know it says "Best Before" and that it's not the same, but even when frozen 2 years past that date is well past the expiration date. It might be safe to eat due to it being frozen as it stops the development of germs and decomposing but quail can only be frozen for about 6 months before it degrades. So keeping it (even in the freezer) for TWO YEARS after the Best Before date is definitely expired. (Even if it's still safe to eat, it'll taste and feel different.)

Lollipops can be made at home with normal Chicken wings by cutting one bone out and pulling the meat towards the end on the other bone.... I've done it quite some times....over here we actually have a dish called Chicken lollipop, it's one of the best things ever to exist paired with some shezwan sauce🤤🤤...I might upload that someday....n i gotta try this recipe 💯...but with chicken lollipops...I don't get quail here
