Totally forgot Forte got cast as Shaggy. Nice to hear Will shout out his predecessor, because Matthew Lillard was the absolute perfect embodiment of that character. What a crazy underappreciated actor in Lillard. Forte has big, big shoes to fill.

Forte's forte is a very dry wit, which I think (while not mentioned aloud) was represented by the several times he drank from his Late Night with Seth Meyers mug with the logo carefully facing the camera, as well as the Late Night t-shirts on the dogs. It seemed very deliberate, yet inscrutable.
