Any Pixel 7a users, how has your experience been like? 🤔

I've been using the Pixel 7a since nov '23 as my daily driver and it has been a good phone so far. Yes battery life isn't the best, I can get a full day of usage on wifi but on mobile data the battery will die early. Also the phone does warm up under load, but during normal day-to-day use these there's no need to worry about the heat. The cameras are great, I've clicked some beautiful pictures using this phone. Software experience is top notch, screen is nice and smooth, I personally don't mind the bezel. I have never faced call drop or network issues on this phone. So overall it has been a great phone for me.

Hey Rupesh, just a suggestion but consider using some less flashy (by flashy I mean white, static, full screen splash) transition screen throughout video, maybe some B roll, a top down shot, white splash screen in hdr just fries the eyeballs, especially if I am watching in low light, and makes it less appealing, ukwim, rest assured Superb Video

Hello Rupesh, fellow pixel 7a user here. Using the phone since it came out, never had any signal drops ot connectivity issues anytime. Actually this phone has better signals than the iPhone 15 and the 13 that I've compared to. I've had only one immense heating issue while using Android Auto while on a trip to Amritsar in July. Otherwise over the time the phone has received updates that have optimised the user experience. It just feels a very good phone to me rn.

I have a pixel 8 and i havent faced any network issues. In fact i get better network than my dad's 14 pro max
I also havent faced many random heating issues. They were consistent not random 😭. But not really a huge issue only heated when like 3 people connected to my hotspot.

I bought a Pixel 7 at 23000 in December exchanging my Pixel 4a. I had my reservations, wanted to buy Pixel 8 but after the announcement of extended software support for Pixel 7 I ordered it. And I am happy to share that it was a good choice saving money. The device works well, I have not seen any major heating issues. If you use your device moderately it will last till evening, the fingerprint sensor is inconsistent but you will get used to it after using it for some days.

I have observed that the Pixel camera app has bugs with Android 15 so don't update if the camera is your concern.

As a Pixel 7a user for almost a year and a half as my daily, ive noticed that the only time it heats up excessively is when im on 5G cellular data mode and my personal hotspot is turned on. Apart from that, i havent had any issues even though im not a heavy mobile gamer, but its safe to say that for a day to day basis, this phone is absolutely perfect, and couple that with Google's OS and the supreme camera sensor, what you have in your hand is a compact, premium Google device with the best Ai features

Just bought it yesterday, it's awesome, display, camera stock experience Good. But feeling battery not good and it will heat alot. But I'm a casual user it shouldn't be a problem.

Im using pixel 6a from 2023 and its still smooth running like new. Honestly saying google really fixed every issue pixel 6a came with like heating, battery and camera inconsistency with portrait shots.hands down best smartphone purchase i bought till now.

The Intro shots of the phone are literally MKBHD Level or even better in some sense. 60FPS smoothness and the cool music is fantastic. Great work Rupesh 🤌

*Google gave additional 2 years of Android updates to 6/6a/6 pro.* I have a Panda Pixel 6a lying around and it still has excellent cameras, software, speakers, haptics, display and around 9L score on Antutu.
