Just ran into the "trippy girl" somewhere and she told me that she was not tripping, she was just a bit drunk and that she was dancing like that because she was studying ethnic dances at the time. My first expression was that she is actually a very nice and honest person :)

From approximately 28:00 to 46:00, Armen Miran had the courage to do things that most DJs don't. DJs are afraid to stop the beat because they think they might "lose" dancers. Armen does stop the beat but doesn't lose the people grooving. In fact, that's because he does it well. He gets applause for this. His show is very well planned. The climax happens at 38:20 (see Area Top's comment). Also, he includes traditional music in his performance. That's another BIG PLUS.
