Very creative lunches, Jen. Lunch idea: eggsalad lettuce roll ups, celery and radishes or carrots for the veggie, fresh bluberries and strawberries or pineberries for the fruit, harvest poppables for the salty crunch, and homemade cherry pie cookies for the treat.

I’ve made those pot of gold candies before! I used caramel syrup (like for ice cream) instead of melted chocolate. Better for when you’re short on time!
