"Build yourself a national reputation" is the best advice ever.

9:22 Yeah no. $250k starting isn't unheard of at some boutiques, but $500k is insane.

Income-driven repayment plans coupled with the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program can make your total expenditure on student loans relatively little. Obviously, there are several stipulations to satisfying the PSLF program, but it's definitely an avenue that could lead to low monthly payments (e.g. $100-300 a month, depending on income) for only 10 years (assuming satisfaction of PSLF program.

Hey guys, does it make a difference which area of law you plan on going into? I'm a DC guy and I plan on always being a DC guy and I plan on going into criminal law. Will a local school better equip me for passing the local bar?

I wonder how many employers pay sign on bonuses, or pay tuition, too.

Help please. I just finished my Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice and posted an overall GPA of 3.91. What would be the lowest score I can get on the LSAT and still have a chance to be admitted to one of the Top Law schools? Please and thank you!!

To your $800 a month argument, I think when you said it out loud, you realized it, a National grad could probably get paid $10, 000 more a year than had they not at every job they end up getting for the rest of their life… no?
