Egg shells, coffee, and decomposing organics. Feed the crobes. Anything organic can basically be thrown into live soil. It's goes faster if the organic material has been in a blender, and in water for a day.

I use your recharge. I've currently begun messaging with fish shit by Fish Head Farms. But I have questions. How often should I use it? Every watering or once a week? More importantly, how long do I leave the microbes in the water before adding it to the soil?
