No No PayPal Bears just took a profit first time as its normal to take shorts profit. Today Bears will reset the shorts as its logical that company with obsolete technology and zero growths can not be so overvalued. I guess 40 retest is possible.

PayPal has to get most of the way to moving in the right direction before they can really focus on innovation. Ideally they'll hire or have hired at least one talented weirdo engineer with big ideas and poor emotional intelligence. Fintech getting some love would also help.
