2014 LEGACY MODE guide to Fight Caves + Jad!

This guide covers all of the enemies in the fight Caves and how to deal with them, including the final battle with TzTok-Jad. This guide will work for players in EOC or Legacy mode, with level 70+ magic and defensive equipment recommended, but you may find success even with lower leveled gear...

In this video I'm using Magic because it is most effective. A similar set-up to mine should suffice even if you downgrade some of the equipment or have lower levels.

Recommended levels:
80+ Magic
75+ Defence
80+ Constitution (for Sharks)
70+ Prayer (Augury) OR 92+ for Soul Split

Head: Seasinger's Hood | Ganodermic Visor
Torso: Seasinger's Robe Top | Ganodermic Poncho
Legs: Seasinger's Robe Bottom | Ganodermic Leggings
Main: Abyssal Wand | Wand of Treachery
Off: Abyssal Orb | Ahrim's Book
Feet: Ragefire Boots | Ganodermic Boots
Hands: Spellcaster Gloves | Ganodermic Gloves
Neck: Dragon Rider Amulet | Amulet of Fury
Finger: Sixth Age Circuit | Tokkul-Zo
Back: Skill Cape
Aura: Vampyrism
Pocket: Sign of Life

MOBCARDS!!

1:57 Tz-Kih (Bat) - Drains prayer, kill first if prayer matters to you.
3:12 Tz-Kek (Blob) - Recoils against melee attacks and splits into two smaller Keks. Pushovers.
3:30 Tok-Xil (ranger) - uses both ranged and melee attacks. Take these out before you bother with Tz-Kek.
3:45 Yt-MejKot (Healer / lizard priest) - melees, heals others or self if you're within attack range. Safe spot or freeze them and take care of more immediate threats.
4:51 Ket-Zek (dog demon of hellfire) - Hits accurately at whip-speed and can use magic or melee. Be cautious. If one of these threatens you, take it out second only to a Tz-Kih that has reached you.
6:00 TzTok-Jad - This guy is like a Volcano God- His attacks are powerful enough to 2-hit-kill even the beefiest adventurers. You simply can't take him on without prayers to your own God, to lessen the blow.
Yt-HurKot (jad healers) - heal Jad, need lured and killed.

Thanks for this guide, first time i did it with 14 sara brews 3 renewal and 9 restore. Ran out of sara brews so died in 55. I went back with 20 sara brews and 6 restore and i made it with 6 sara brews and 2 restore left. ( 79 magic 80 def const 84 )

at 6:57 when Jad hits a 659 with the Magic attack, you switched prayers too late... nice tutorial.. shows to pay attention..
