Woodside to acquire Tellurian for $US900 million

Australia’s largest energy company Woodside has said it will pay $US900 million to buy Tellurian which owns and operates the Driftwood LNG development project in Louisiana.
It adds to a long list of ventures Woodside is currently undertaking, including building a new LNG processing plant at Karratha.
Woodside shares fell by 2.29 per cent on Monday.
