This makes me miss my grandmother. She raised me and I don't know if she ever actually enjoyed it but she would sometimes listen to metal with me or hear it blasting and never judge me for it. She was a Christian through and through but she loved people regardless of their tastes/style. Rest In Peace Gran Gran.

I remember one time I was sick in my Grandma's house and I was watching YT on my phone in my room. my grandma calls me in a sing-song voice, "ohhh Maxxx heavy metalll" I go outside and they were watching AGT and the act was steel panther. I listen to Knocked Loose and Archspire. I love my grandparents.

I always get judgy stares when i just exist on the train or the bus, but everytime i help someone on/off the bus or give up my seat i get a pleasantly surprised smile with a smudge of guilt for judging me beforehand. It's very fun to prove them wrong with action.
