I delectable potato curry dish, best served with dosa & pickles (look for my dosa recipe next)

Ingredients:

4 Large potatoes
1 tsp Mustard seeds
1 Onion
1 tsp Jeera seeds
1 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Crushed ginger and garlic
4/5 Green chillies
1 Stem thyme
1 Stem of curry leaves
1 Tomatoes
Salt
Boiling water
1 tbs Butter
Dhania

I never get a good potatoe curry used the same method ie tomatoes last...bt my water is killing it i think? How would u not burn the potatoe curry with only half a cup of water? Looks yum 👌👌

I just cooked this curry. Wow, it's unbelievably delicious though I didn't have ginger and garlic paste fresh available. I used powder version of these spices. And I made it a little bit too karou with extra chilies but can be adjusted next time around. I I will never cook potatoe curry any other way onwards. Used margarine instead of butter too but absolutely delicious nevertheless. Thank you Solina 👍❤️❤️

I used coconut oil instead of normal oil for the onions....how much in Tablespoons should i uee?
