So does the guest get to clean up the dog poop on arrival and who takes the abandoned dog for a walk. This is negligence and animal cruelty because if for whatever reason the guests don't turn up, the dog is left with no food or water and no where to do its poop and pee. And what if (as with many hotels) the electronic key card doesn't work, does the dog know how to open the door?
