VW Syncro Decoupler and Front Diff Lock Panel / LED lamps partially on?

The decoupler and front diff locker work flawless. After driving it for an afternoon on snowpacked slushy roads I noticed the light on the decoupler was staying on dimly. The front diff light was also on but really just barely.
I am guessing I have a grounding issue somewhere?
Any Ideas of a good place to start?

Yes, this was a non-locker Syncro and I am working to get a Triple Knob setup.
