Xampp Server phpMyAdmin access denied [Solution]

Fix xampp server phpMyadmin access denied.
cannot connect: invalid settings.

mysqli_real_connect(): (HY000/1130): Host 'localhost' is not allowed to connect to this MariaDB server

Connection for controluser as defined in your configuration failed.
mysqli_real_connect(): (HY000/1130): Host 'localhost' is not allowed to connect to this Maria DB Server

phpMyAdmin tried to connect to the MySQL server, and the server rejected the connection. You should check the host, username and password in your configuration and make sure that they correspond to the information given by the administrator of the MySQL server.

When I click on admin on (MySQL) the page is opening for first time after that when I click anything (like new or reload) the error(MySQL said : cannot connect invalid settings) is coming please help sir
So I am unable to create a database 😭
