interesting - though I would have thought the increase to the sanction at the appeal stage would breach their internal.policy - & be contrary to natural justice etc - & therefore couldn't stand?? (he was badly advised to appeal too)

Having worked shift work, you need to do something to help pass the time and combat boredom. The prank went too far and was wrong, however we all make mistakes and I believe people should be given a second chance. In this case, the appeal would indicate that the person conducting the prank hasn't learnt his lesson.

Brown should be gone. A prank in the rea room is one thing, carelessly to others deserves dismissal.
