Meet the Senegal-born baguette king of Paris

So important are baguettes to the Frenchman's heart that there are contests to award the best bread-maker. Djibril Bodian, born in Senegal, took Paris' honor this year.

Awesome job Djibril!! Africans make some of the best Baguettes in the world, the French notwithstanding. I lived in Cote d'Iviore for 13 years and there is (nothing) like fresh-baked baguettes and croissants in the morning, fresh-baked right there at the local bakery. Yum! Et Un peu de café pour aller avec elle aussi.
