Google Sheets for invoicing are quick, free and cool. Thanks for sharing the video. Also plenty of Google Sheet templates out there to get started. However, I think that once a business generates more than 3-5 invoices per month it can get tedious and error-prone. Better to opt for a simple and affordable online invoicing tool in that case. InvoiceBerry would be my first choice. Once the business grows even further, let's say 100+ invoices per month, you might want to look at a fully-fledged accounting package such as Xero.

One question remains, How do I like to to my payment provider so when the custom clicks the link from the invoice that the total they need to pay is already filled in the the processors website? or do they have to enter the total number from the invoice manually before paying?

Hi thanks for the video. However I can't find a solution to my problem since i'm used to using windows and excel and recently switched to chromebook.

So let's say I save a invoice template customized in my drive as invoice1. However when I want to use this invoice for another customer, so I just want to open invoice1, change names and price and then just save it as invoice2. However the auto-save feature kinda ruins this for me. Is there any way around this?
