You need to also change the type on the first policy to be NTP instead of NT5DS. Otherwise the other settings do not apply.

I have tested those configs and my problem was solved but, I did not implement the "Enable Windows NTP server" and I did not configure the service

if i have AD server and i want to syn the time with the client i should put the AD server ip?

Could you help me please, contact me or confirm to me that it is the same way to configure ntp server with two redundant server on a domain ?
I want to make my main and backup server synced with my ntp server
I have for exemple my personal NTP server with ip 10.120.181.100
My main server
And my backup server which is interconnected to the main and its role is start when failover.

What the heck, why don't you just show setting it up opening GPO one time instead of closing it each time, are you trying to make the video longer? Good video, it could be shorter though.
