I REALLY like this summary instruction. It has useful metaphors, and can be repeated during service practice.Very practical…

Hi! I want to let you know your advice really helped me - especially "let the racket fall" and "check the time on your imaginary watch." Thanks a lot!

Its a good way to explain a serve. We do this in one motion. He goes through all the buzz phrases at the right points like look at the imaginery watch.

Hey. Do you remember what camera was used to film it?

Excellent checklist. Can you do one for the mental side?
- viz how not to choke on second serve facing break point: which part is most likely affected by tension that should you be compensating for.

Do you have any detailed serve instruction videos with the platform stance? Thanks 🙏🏾

Well done, sir. You may have set a record for the most number of pneumonics in a single video.

do you mind telling me why you make an X at the end? for me, i usually just let my arm kinda flow back to make me more balanced, and my coach also advises i keep doing that. is there a particular reason why you do the X over letting your arm go back?

A play tennis from 30 years. I have very good one handed backhand, good forehand and 10-15 variations of service. I lost faith that i will hit near to good service. 😢. Thanks for your help 😊🍀

bro what do you mean by keeping the lower arm and wrist NOT ACTIVE? Like how should it feel in the moment according to you?

Yes this is an interesting explanation.

Yeah. I've been practicing my serve for almost 10 years now- 20 minutes per day approx but my serve is still a liability and cant feel the ball on the strings or understand spin, power, , control, rhythm etc. It's frustrating because many players I know have been practicing serving for less time and have a decent serve.

If you thought that was lame, it’s a sign you know tennis.

I would rather do 15 years of training over following this difficult instruction
