Expectation VS Reality 🙃

A big reason I have clients track/measure food is for them to understand how much/what they’re putting into their body.

What we think vs what is, are two major things.

We think we are eating enough protein.

We think we are only eating a certain amount every day.

We think we are eating enough in general.

But in reality… you might not be.

What you might think is “high in protein” is really high in other macro nutrients.

You could either be eating 2000 calories or not even 1200 calories.

This is why we measure, and why we track. Not to be restrictive, but to be mindful of our decisions and to make sure we are fueling our body’s right!
