No Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Parfait

Ingredients

1 lb Strawberries stems removed and cleaned
cut into bite size pieces
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
1 stick melted butter
2 8oz Cream Cheese softened room temperature
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
1 tbsp vanilla extract

Place strawberries in a bowl with sugar and lemon juice. Mix and set to side.
Place crushed graham crackers in another bowl withmelted butter, mix well and set aside.
In a large bowl, whip softened cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk,vanilla extract for about 1 min with mixer.
Assemble starting with cheesecake mixture, graham crackers, strawberries. Repeat layers.
Chill for 1 hour.

OMG Laura, I have to try this. I absolutely love cheesecake and strawberries! Your amazing! Hope you have a wonderful week. I hope we don’t suffer with the heat, I can’t stand it, between the heat and the bugs ugh! I don’t know which one is worse. My favorite season is fall!
