Russia and China have affirmed their determination to support each other's core interests in a further sign of strengthening an alliance that has been looked upon with growing suspicion in the West. Before a meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping in Beijing, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin described bilateral ties as being at an "unprecedented" high. Several economic agreements were signed during the visit. Mr Mishustin is the highest-ranking Russian official to visit the Chinese capital since the invasion of Ukraine last year.

G7 is about collaborating to bring another country down..
whereas other countries gather together to learn what they can do together to progress each other's countries...

I don't blame China for this. Especially when the west including Japan provoking China on the G7 summit at the same time, China peace envoy visits Ukraine and neighbouring countries. Europe showed its double standards on China by provoking them and telling them to use its influence over Russia.

China has fulfilled it's part to promote peace talk between Russia and Ukraine. Too many other involving parties including Ukraine itself doesn't want to cease the war. It's time to move on furthering economic ties with Russia and the rest of the friendly nations. It's not China's problem so no point dwelling on Ukraine issue for China.

Before 2018, China was very eager to cooperate with the United States and Europe economically. However, the US launched a trade war and the European Union suspended the China-Europe trade agreement. China was disappointed and turned to countries involved in the Belt and Road Initiative, the Middle East, and now Russia to develop its economy and improve the lives of its people. The US does not want China to surpass it, but instead of forming an alliance with Russia, it is pushing towards China, which is truly foolish.

There was an era when this could affect both Russia 🇷🇺 and China 🇨🇳. Certainly not this time. "a big change is coming, that we haven't seen for 100years" and we're happy to be driving this change together 🎉. God bless the people of Russia and China.

It is not just China that is against unilateral sanctions. Most countries have already voted in the UN to be against unilateral sanctions! Therefore unilateral sanctions ARE, in fact, outside of the UN framework.

There was a time when western hegemony exemplified by the G7 could strike fear in any other country around the world just by announcing what they will do. Today, times have changed. The might of the tiger G7 has become more like a strike of a small cat.

China is progressing by leaps and bounds in all areas thanks to the short-sightedness and eagerness of the US and the G7 countries to contain others. While China is working hard towards building and collaborating with others, G7 countries are thinking hard on how to disrupt global supply chain and sanction others. We well know who will ultimately emerge as the victor.

Democracy good and socialists bad is the key word for the USA led west . Australia, japan, S korea are also roped in. These cannot bring themselves to see their own wrongs and only stoop to accuse others. Unjust accusations by USA are well documented but not well highlighted because the medias are obliged to sing the same tune in support for western hegemony

G7 what a double standard. PRC and Russia are sovereign nations. They have every right to make own decision how & who to do business with.

They both have one common goal. That's to free the world from the dollar strangle. To trade freely using their own money.

Why should anyone has a problem with superpowers’ peaceful trade deals versus those who peddle wars so that their military contractors are well fed and taxed to boost their economies?
