Let me know if there's any more I missed.

Once again, all credit goes to Matthew Gafford for the animation shown.

In the Dess Booth scene, the Lemur says that Dess looks “kind of tired”. This is interesting because he is actually dead.

This is a reference to death and how that sometimes happens.

One of my favorite details is that Wolf O'Donnell has a poster of Plague *Roach* from an in-universe version of Drue Langlois' animation series, "Staying Positive in the Apocalypse".

The guy who hired Sagan and Sonny is actually Captain Shears an obscure character from the Farewell, Beloved Falco Manga which bridges the gap between 64 and Adventures and explains why Falco was absent for most of the game.
Also the Nova Bomb commercial features a character voiced by Jerma which references the 64 boss from Meteo which says the “I can’t believe I lost to this scum line.”
In addition when Beltino is walking Peppy and James through how the Arwing works, he basically describes the control scheme from Zero which is why Peppy asks to turn it off as that was a major criticism when the game came out.

The final scene was completely redone from scratch btw.

The original scene had James escorted to the caboose of the train, where Andross and his men are there interrogating him. Then, Andross was to shoot James in the chest and, during a slow-motion "life flashing before his eyes" shot, would draw his slingshot and fire it at an off-screen target. The scene was never fully animated afaik.

Wait, there's only three episodes?! God-fuckin-dammit, now my soul is gonna have a void left by the absence of this whole thing (unless Matt decides to do a sequel series.)

I remember watching fred stream making every poster in Wolf's room as a reference to a movie or an album. I need to know every one.

There’s also another Easter egg in that train segment.

In the scene where James talks to Dess there’s an advertisement in the background with a crocodile wearing a bright high vis uniform. This is a reference to Australian tradies and more specifically the animated web series ‘The big Lez show’

Is that an AI voice of Mathew Gafford?
Fuck, I'd love to use it just to listen to Wolf's voice all day

Desslar Coba's first name is named from Space Battleship Yamato's main antagonist, Desslar.

In the shot where Pigma is enshrouded in shade you can see two distinctly round lights on his upper left, those are the cold lifeless eyes of Andross's bodyguard.

Honestly I would argue there *is* an easter egg in the final sequence.

When Andross mentions the 'things' on the other side of the tunnel, it may be presumed he is referring to the Aparoids. The camera then pans to Pigma, one of two major characters subsumed by the Aparoids.

Oh damn there's only gonna be 3 episodes??
That's sad knowing there will never be a show like this ever again.. 😔

Ah man, having an official show made by him would be awesome. I love the cinematography, the characterization and the dialogues. Such a great reimagining of the Star Fox franchise!

Imagine if AFiS creator wasn't called when Nintendo licenses a Star Fox animated show or movie

James McCloud's jacket has the english translation of "Nintendo" written on the back of it: “leave luck to heaven”

I used to have that promotional VHS tape back in the day. I caught the reference to it right away.

I'm old....

Compared to the rough cut of the scene between James and the lemurs on the train, it’s hard to tell what fatal injury Dess had suffered. Originally he was stabbed by pigma who was trying to get info out of him, but in the final film, Dess just dies, no under the table shot is shown. Instead of James looking down and seeing blood all over the floor, it’s just a small trickle going from his mouth. So what happened to him? Was he poisoned? Any ideas?

The sign language scene is a nice nod but ASL isnt English on the hands so the grammar would be more like: BRING GUN me-TELL-you. WHY? (*pause) THIS.

Another missed detail: Riendo is a hyena. «Riendo» means «Laughing» in Spanish.
