Instead of sweatcoin or other similar copycat coins, I just cut out the middleman, made more and lowered my risk. Instead of paying some unknown company a ridiculous amount of money for NFT Jpeg sneakers, I just put that in ETH and Bitcoin. Then as a reward after I go for my walks, instead I just pay myself by DCAing into bitcoin and ETH after my walk. Also on the free ones I'd rather get ROI than walk and earn a near worthless coin to buy some cheapo earbuds in their store.

Commenting on the energy crisis.... here in Europe (I live in Rotterdam in the Netherlands) my electricity and gas prices went up this year from €0, 14/kWh to €0, 48/kWh and my gas prices from €0, 79/m3 to €2, 80/m3. To give more perspective my monthly electr/gas bill went up from €150, - p/m to €550, - p/m (approx. 1/3 of my income goes to paying my utility bill, water is €17, - p/m) It's just ridiculous!! Btw, 1l of gasfuel for my car is €2, 36 (€9, - per gallon)!!

In mainland China, major banks are freezing accounts and saying it is because the account holder has made too many online purchases. This is strange because almost all purchases are made on mobile phones, so are online purchases.
The customer is being told to show up in person to unfreeze their accounts, this is an all day process. Being told to show up in person is an extra big problem for Chinese citizens working outside of China, but still using a Chinese bank.
The suspicion is that banks in China are trying to lockdown accounts so money does not flow out, a liquidity problem.
The liquidity problem may be signs of the housing loan problem bleeding out from the small banks in local communities to the larger national banks.

Yeah energy prices are going crazy. Living in the Netherlands. My current contract which ends this month is €0, 20 kWh and €0, 99 per m3 gas. New price will be €0, 76 kWh and €3, 38 per m3 gas.
So my bill for a small appartment, 54m3 and living alone, will go from €130 to around €400 per month. Tough times are coming, my net income is only €2000, guess I'll have to sit in the cold coming winter.
