AUTOMATED QUEUE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM:
SOFTWARE SPECIFICATION:
1.Create and Edit Users (Agents, Help Desk, Departments, Counters)
2.Option to call tokens in groups or one at a time
3.Option to accommodate token numbers called but not reported upto a defined duration, before it
gets expired
