Flattened rice comes in three grades - thin, medium and thick, We are using the medium grade of flattened rice to make this mixture. Crispy Avalakki Mixture is one of the easiest tea time snack to make. This mixture can be as simple as described in the video or you can make it richer by adding fried cashewnuts and toasted dry coconut or raisins too.
