Your app is trash! I can no longer change my settings because the app constantly crashes. A fix is needed ASAP!!

These are truly great lights. Been in the hobby since the 70's and have been waiting for something like this for a long time, since the advent of LED lighting. Not sure that they'll quite replace sodium halogens yet but for the cost savings in bulbs and electric it's definitely worth a consideration.
I've had mine for over a year now and can definitely say they (2) work very well and all of my corals seem to love it. The ability to control the individual light levels on a timed schedule is a huge added bonus. Relieves me of having to manually turn lights off and on as well. Upgraded from a Finnex Marine 247 and haven't looked back since. Much more expensive admittedly but it shows the positives in the quality of the lighting and the increased health and growth of my corals

Hey guys I ran into the same issue as most in the comments the button just wouldn’t reset, this is what worked for me I held the reset button and unplugged the power cord and plugged back in while still holding the reset and it finally reset ! Hope this helps

AI Hydra good LED range, however the weakest link is the piggy back Wifi Adapter inside the unit which is at least 4 years old technology. The WiFi range is only 10ft and doesn't support g/ac connections... this makes automation of the Hydra connections the weakest link.

I have 2 Primes 16 and the both have burn holes on the lens. Big regret to spent so much money on these lights.

I factory reset the light and the indicator is flashing green and blue but the light doesn't show up in the myai or mobius apps.

2/3 of my HD primes blue isn’t very blue. Will reset help?

Purchased 2 pre owned 26’s… no reset button were it should be? Lights power on but I’m trying to sync them with my 2 26s that I already owned that DO have the reset button. Any tips?

So I have this light ai prime 16 freshwater and if I bump the power adapter it goes out and won't come back on... have to do all sorts of fidgeting to hopefully make it work again... help

Nero 3 purchased today. Very loud when run at 10% power or more. Awful pump. AI Blade purchased today. Blue and Cool white LED's not working.

So what happens when I press and hold the reset and nothing happens, light doesn't flash red? So, what happens when it at first connected and worked but I couldn't load a schedule and support rep. told me to uninstall and reinstall app. on my iphone 7 and now it won't even connect.? So what happens when I try the app and it won't connect to my Bluetooth.? Do I get a new light??

Hi, i have a 24'' (60cm) long tank. If i put light in centre of tank, what is the light spread of the AI freshwater HD prime led light?, cause i heard its up to 24'' x 24''. I need it to spread exactly 24'' long as i have a plant next to left glass panel and also next to right glass panel, so i need light to reach both. Also is the fan noisy?
