1 whole chicken
Season with black pepper
Cajun butter recipe / chicken marinate
100g unsalted butter
1 Tbsp Cajun
1 Tsp paprika
1/4 Tsp rosemary salt
1 Tsp cayenne
1tbsp jerk dry rub
1tsp onion granules
1 roasted head garlic / puree
1tbsp mix herbs
Mix and combine then lift skin of Chicken and stuff.
Veggies in the oven tray
Celery
Carrots
Garlic
Potatoes
Season with
Thyme
Rosemary
Olive oil
Mix herbs
1 cup of stock.
Lay the chicken bake 360 f for
90 minutes or until is fully cooked through then
Grill for the finishing outer crispness
