Hello, Team Sennheiser! I have 6 HF EW100G4 products and there are two that have firmware 1.1.0 and the others have firmware 1.2.0, what software is needed and do you need a wired or wifi connection in order to perform this update ??? Thank you in advance ! I'm French

Hi I have 3 Sennheiser ew 100 g3 handheld mics which I have used for two years now, recently one of the has developed a problem of having a windy output. I have tried everything I think of but the AF levels just remain down. It actually has sound but with alot of windy background and uses alot of gain as well, please any clues.

Dear Sennheiser,
I would like to ask a question:
How many maximum receiver and transmitter ew 100 G4 can i set-up for one single room (with antena, booster, splitter, combiner, receiver, ..) ? Please help me out and teach me more detail about it.
as i read document on your website it said that: it have 20 frequency banks, each with up to 12 factory-preset channels, inter-modulation free
, 1 frequency bank with up to 12 user-programmable channels.
(So as I understood this mean i can set-up maximum to 12 channel x 20 frequency bank = amount receiver. Am Icorrect or wrong?)
