Id say the best way by far, is taking full advantage of double coin visitor events. I was not prepared for this last one, because hayday gave the wrong informations. But I went from 99k to 266k by buying and selling easily obtainable items and fruit from the paper to the visitors. It took some time and dedication, but it was worth it. Im now level 48 and got a little over 300k the day after double coin event.

You can earn money to buy diamandrings (on other Shops) and the the truck orders. The truck give you more money (not always but often)
