Nice analysis. One clarification. British American Tobacco (BAT) is not an FII but founder of ITC. BAT reducing its stake is not fatal but still pretty bad as the founder company has sold part of its stake after 123 years.

That said, ITC is still a good buy!

Rahulji, I wait for your well researched videos. I am hopeful as first target 496 by 2025 and second target 668 in 3-5 years, other two targets could be 775 and 840 in 6-10 years. PLUS dividend more than 3%.

I don't think Govt will leavy any fresh additional tax on Cigarettes. There is massive problem of smuggled Cigarettes. Any additional tax will only give further boost to smuggling therefore Govt is not foolish enough to increase the taxation on Cigarettes.

ITC, straightforward explanation: solid management, exceptional corporate governance, debt free, cash-rich, multi-domain penetration hence risk averse, excellent quality of products and service in all verticals...hmm..very few companies match these criteria.
